Boston-born, Brooklyn-based, with stints in San Francisco, Jakarta, and Saigon along the way.

My creative approach draws upon my traditional publishing background, digital brand experience, and creative personal pursuits (which may or may not include writing a racy romance novel under a pen name). I seek to find the compelling story in every project, but I'm most excited by food and drink, pop culture, literature, health and fitness, and the forces that drive human relationships.

I'm flexible but deadline-focused, research-driven but playful, confident but eager for feedback, fun to work with but serious about quality. I'm open to any and all projects that could use the help of my services, and would love to sit down over some third-wave coffee or a not-overly-hopped IPA to chat with you about your needs. Or if you just want to play Scrabble (no one ever wants to play with me).

To round out this bio, let me just say that I really like apples, I don't understand why there's even a debate about the Oxford comma, and I once ate a whole muffin in one bite (well sort of; that's a story for a different time).
